My ideal is to find another startup that wants experienced help across the organization &#8211; CEO or COO most likely, or other impact roles. I thrive on change, and startups are always changing &#8211; they keep me excited and energized. My last two roles have been very broad, team-building, company-building experiences, and I\u2019d love to do it again. The title isn\u2019t required, but the ability to have real impact on the organization is required. I\u2019m also looking at fractional CxO roles, product leadership roles, and consulting.<\/p>\n<p>The things that I\u2019ve done and love:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scaling companies from pre-product to hundreds of millions in revenue. Experience includes DTC sales, B2B software, online communities, financial services, and hardware products.<\/li>\n<li>Built and led teams across product management, member services, logistics, digital platform, development, HR, and IT.<\/li>\n<li>Some numbers: from 4 to 200 employees and achieving $140M+ in revenue, including $40M+ annual recurring revenue (ARR)<\/li>\n<li>I love being able to bring my whole self to work, and I drive a company culture that lets everyone bring their whole selves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019ve worked with me, you probably found me to be a consensus builder, a communicator, a leader, and someone who gets-it-done.<\/p>\n<p>So, please keep an eye out for me, and hit me up!
