Charles Murphy gave seven roll call votes &#8211; <a title=\"wbz.com\" href=\"http:\/\/wbz.com\/pages\/2120794.php?\">even though he was in the Virgin Islands<\/a>.  I haven&#8217;t heard of consequences of the deception, nor have I heard of any changes in the state house.
