A friend pointed me to this site<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 It has a series of US Presidents’ speechs and papers presented in the “cloud” display.<\/p>\n

I think it’s interesting how “treaty” comes and goes, while “tribe” disappears.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Unemployment shows up where you’d think it would, in the 30’s and late 70’s.\u00c2\u00a0 And Clinton sure talked about welfare a lot.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s an interesting study.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
